Frequently Asked Questions

What is the deadline for abstract and full paper submission?

Abstract submission is open from 15 May to 15 June 2026.
Full paper submission is due by 25 June 2026.
All submissions must be made via the official conference portal: https://bit.ly/SubmitICDIMSQL. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Will my paper be published? What are the publication options?

Yes. All accepted and presented papers will be published in an ISSN-indexed proceeding. Additionally, a selection of high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in a Scopus Q2 journal (subject to an extra publication fee and the journal’s independent peer-review process). Please note that the Scopus publication fee is not included in the standard registration fee.

Is the conference held online or onsite?

The conference will be held fully online on 10 September 2026. This format allows participants from around the world to attend, present, and interact with keynote speakers and fellow researchers without the need for travel.

Can I attend without presenting a paper? What are the fees?

Yes, you can register as a non-presenting participant. The fees are as follows:

Participant (General) 400,000
Participant (Student) 150,000
Additional co-presenter: IDR 400,000
All fees include access to all sessions, a digital certificate, and (for presenters) publication of the paper in the ISSN proceedings.
